Baking through the seasons

We regularly develop new recipes and like to follow the seasons as closely as possible, using fruit when it is at its best and choosing fruit purées when fresh fruit is out of season. Alongside cakes and desserts, we also create savoury recipes, so there is something for every taste and every occasion.

Among your favourites are timeless classics such as the Black Forest Cake, the Cooked wine tart, Meringues and the Hazelnut Snails. Fans of Swiss specialities love the Gruyère Anise Biscuits and the Savoury Bricelets, while families often bake the Milk rolls, the Homemade Kinder Bars or the Homemade Magnum together.

From the basics to show-stopping cakes

Many of our creations are built on reliable foundations. With the Chocolate sponge cake base, the Sponge Cake, Diplomat cream or Vanilla whipped ganache, you have the building blocks for countless layer cakes and entremets. Finishing touches such as Mirror glaze or Royal icing help you give your bakes a professional look.

  • Celebration cakes such as the Unicorn number cake or the Football Cake
  • Elegant entremets such as the Lemon Entremet
  • Crisp classics such as the Sablé breton
  • Savoury bites such as the Savory choux puffs

Every recipe is tested and tasted by our team before it is published, and we take great care with the styling and photos so that you can see exactly what the result should look like.
