Fruit powder & matcha

Fruit powder adds intense, natural fruit flavour and colour to buttercream, macarons, ganache, batters and ice cream – without extra liquid. Our freeze-dried fruit powders come in raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, cherry, cranberry, apricot, peach, mango, passion fruit and yuzu. One or two teaspoons are enough for a cream; dusted on top, it gives a lovely pop of colour.

Matcha green tea tints Swiss rolls, macarons and cheesecakes a delicate green and adds a fine, slightly bitter note. See also: freeze-dried fruit pieces for decorating.
