Moulds for Yule logs and festive entremets
The bûche de Noël is the centrepiece of many Christmas menus. Classic and modern log moulds, inserts and texture mats are under Yule log moulds (bûche de Noël). There are also Christmas silicone moulds such as ‘Snow tree’, ‘Sapin magique’, ‘Iglu’ or ‘Star Game35’ for mousse cakes and individual portions. For the finish, there are gold or red mirror glazes and velvet spray for a snow effect – more under Velvet spray. Basic ingredients such as gelatine, glucose syrup and white chocolate are also included, as are Swiss roll mats for the classic rolled sponge and jelly sponge mats. Mousses and entremets for the whole year are under Dessert.

Frequently asked questions about Christmas desserts
Which box fits my Yule log?
Measure the length and height of the log, including decorations. Log boxes come in different lengths, for example 25 or 30 cm; the exact dimensions are given for each product. You will find more models under Christmas log box. A cool bag helps to keep the dessert chilled on longer journeys.
How do I get a snow effect on my dessert?
Spray white velvet spray onto the well-frozen dessert straight after unmoulding. The cocoa butter sets on the cold surface and forms a velvety layer. For a glossy look, choose a mirror glaze instead.
Can I also bake in the silicone moulds?
Yes, silicone moulds are suitable for both freezing and baking. You can use them for mousse desserts as well as for sponge or cake batter.
