Pickup is NOT available in Vuisternens-en-Ogoz or at the office in Fribourg. Returns cannot be dropped off there either. Thank you for your understanding.
All orders received by 4:00 p.m. on business days will be handed over to the post office the same day. When temperatures are high, chocolate products are not shipped on Friday but rather on Monday, to ensure they arrive at your doorstep chilled.

A-Post Delivery and In-House Warehouse
We ship all regular orders via Swiss Post using A-Post. This means that all orders received by 4:00 PM on business days can be delivered the very next day, so nothing stands in the way of your baking fun. We ship all products directly from our own warehouse in Switzerland in a single package. We do NOT offer dropshipping (direct shipping from the manufacturer, usually from abroad) or multiple packages for a single order, which makes things much simpler for you.
Summer Delivery
Our insulated shipping packaging is designed to withstand significant temperature fluctuations. We also include cooling packs with the refrigerated shipment. These prevent the products from melting. However, you must explicitly select this option at checkout. If your mailbox is exposed to strong sunlight or the temperature reaches around 25 °C, we recommend selecting this option when ordering chocolate products. If this option is not selected, we assume no responsibility or liability for the proper delivery of the products. We appreciate your understanding.
Delivery to the EU/WORLD
Unfortunately, we cannot accept product orders from the EU or other countries outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. This is due to the extremely high shipping costs from Switzerland, as well as the associated customs clearance and billing process. Thank you for your understanding. We therefore recommend that you have your order shipped to a friend in Switzerland.
Office Space in Fribourg
Online orders are shipped directly from our external warehouse, which guarantees you the best availability and on-time deliveries. This warehouse is operated directly by us and managed by dedicated Cakelicious employees.
There areno in-store sales, and in-person pickups are no longer available. Thank you for your understanding.
