How to make cookies ?
To make delicious cookies, follow our step-by-step recipes (only in French and German). Here’s the base: Gather flour, icing sugar or caster sugar, a pinch of salt, and butter. In a bowl, cream the softened butter with sugar. Add an egg and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Gradually incorporate the flour and half a teaspoon of baking powder. For extra indulgence, add chocolate chips or your favorite flavourings. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film, and chill for an hour. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough on baking paper using a rolling pin, then cut out shapes with cookie cutters. Place on a baking plate lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes, until golden. Let cool on a wire rack befor enjoying these delicious cookies!
