Payment Methods and Pricing Structure

Thanks to our various partners, you can choose from several payment methods.

PostFinance cards, credit cards such as Mastercard and VISA, and Twint payments are managed and processed through our partner PostFinance and its interface. Payment is confirmed via email, which indicates the order status as “Payment Received.”

We work directly with the partners described below, so their names will appear on your payment confirmations. These include, for example, the electronic payment methods PayPal and Ideal Payment.

With Ideal Payment, you can pay for your order by invoice after you have received the merchandise. A CHF 0.90 billing fee applies. The invoice will be sent to you via email.

Purchase on Account / Late Payment Fees: The invoice is due within 20 days. The invoice is considered paid on time if the amount owed is credited to the recipient’s account by the end of the final day of the payment period. If the payment deadline is not met and no fixed due date has been agreed upon, the customer will be placed in default via a reminder notice. In the event of late payment, the defaulting customer will be charged late fees (first reminder: CHF 20.00; second reminder: CHF 25.00). If the debt remains unpaid even after the reminders have been delivered, Cakelicious Shop AG reserves the right to assign the debt to a third party or to engage a collection agency, with the costs borne by the customer.
