Which chocolate to use for making cake pops?
To properly cover your cake pops with a thin layer of chocolate, we recommend deco melts. Easy to use, these pastilles, unlike chocolate, do not need to be tempered. Simply melt them in the microwave or in a wather bath. Additionally, they are available in several colours, so you won't need to colour them with dye. If you can't find the desired colour, you can opt for white and colour it with our special chocolate colorants, the Colour Mill.
