Disposable and paper tins are ideal for gifts, for taking along or for baking in larger batches when you do not need the tin back. You bake your loaf cake straight in the tin and hand it over in it – no transferring and no washing up.
The range includes paper baking moulds made of cellulose in loaf format in red and brown (21.5 x 9 cm and 17.5 x 7 cm, 6 each), a round brown paper mould of Ø 21 cm in a pack of 10, a fir-tree mould with a gold pattern and a heart-shaped paper mould (4 each) as well as classic disposable loaf tins. There are also paper panettone moulds of 100 g, 500 g, 750 g and 1 kg and disposable aluminium tins: round Ø 11 cm, 15 x 12.5 cm and 23 x 14 cm, 5 each.
Tips for paper and foil tins
- A gift without unmoulding: leave the cooled cake in its mould and tie a ribbon around it.
- The right size: 17.5 x 7 cm for mini loaf cakes and small breads, 21.5 x 9 cm for classic loaf cakes such as Tyrolean cake or lemon cake.
- For tarts and bakes: the foil tins suit sweet and savoury tarts, quiches, lasagne or small Swiss cheese tarts.
- Festive presentation: the fir-tree mould is an eye-catcher on the Christmas buffet, the heart mould for Valentine's or Mother's Day.
Frequently asked questions about disposable tins
Can paper baking moulds go in an air fryer?
The red and brown loaf moulds and the Ø 21 cm round mould in cellulose are ovenproof up to 220 °C and, according to the manufacturer, also suitable for air fryers. The classic disposable loaf moulds in cellulose paper take up to 200 °C; the fir-tree and heart moulds withstand up to 200 °C and are freezer-proof down to −18 °C.
Can I freeze dishes in the foil tins?
Yes, the 23 x 14 cm and 15 x 12.5 cm foil tins are ovenproof up to 350 °C and freezer-safe down to −40 °C. That way you can prepare lasagne or bakes in advance and reheat them later right in the tin.
