Do you want to make some homemade eclairs? Nothing more simple with the right material.

Use fluted tips for an uniform cooking and the silicone mat to have same size eclairs.

For decoration, fondant is very easy to use. Just heat it to 30 °C and it's ready. Then apply it with a pipping bag and a ribbon tips.
