Do you want to prepare a dessert, macarons, ganache, icre creams,... that you want to flavor in a natural way?

Here are our natural liquid flavors that will be perfect for all your preparations.

Just pay attention to follow the dosage instructions of each flavor to avoid liquefying your preparations :)

We have different flavors to choose that you just have to select in the drop-down menu: apricot, pineapple, coffee, salted butter caramel, chestnut, lime, poppy, tonka bean, passion fruits, lavender, mango, vanilla with seeds and yuzu.

Ingredients:

Apricot: natural apricot flavor, invert sugar syrup, preservative E211. Indicative dosage: +/- 0,8 % the weight of the preparation.

Pineapple: natural pineapple flavor, monopropylene glycol, invert sugar syrup, water, preservative E211. Indicative dosage: 2 % of the weight your preparation.

Cocoa: monopropylene glycol, natural cocoa flavor, water. Indicative dosage: 2 % of the weight of the preparation.

Coffee: water, natural coffee flavor, sugar syrup, colorant E150d, invert sugar syrup. Indicative dosage: 2% of the weight of your preparation.

Salted butter caramel: salted butter caramel flavor, monopropylene glycol, water, salt. Indicative dosage: <0.5 % of the weight of the preparation.

Lime: lime flavor, colorant E161b. Indicative dosage: 0,8 % to 1% of the weight of the preparation.

Poppy: sugar syrup, water, natural flavor, thickeners E412 E415, acidifier: E330, preservative E211. Indicative dosage: 0.25 % of the weight of the preparation.

Tonka bean: invert sugar syrup, natural tonka bean flavor, acidifier E330. Indicative dosage: +/- 2% of the weight of the preparation.

Passion fruits: passion fruits aroma, monopropylene glycol. Indicative dosage: <0.3 % of the weight of the preparation.

Jasmine: monopropylene glycol, natural jasmine flavor. Indicative dosage: <0.3 % of the weight of the preparation.

Lavender: triacetin, natural lavender aroma. Indicative dosage: <0.3% of the weight of the preparation.

Mango: invert sugar syrup, natural mango flavor. Indicative dosage: <1 % of the weight of the preparation.

Vanilla: glucose syrup, water, natural vanilla flavor, sugar syrup, caramel E150a, glycerol. Indicative dosage: +/- 2% of the weight of the preparation.

Yuzu: natural flavor, water, ethanol. Contains sulfite. Indicative dosage: +/- 0.8% of the weight of the preparation.

Capacity of each flavor: 50ml

Storage: Store in closed package, away from heat and light. Store preferably between 0 and 4°C after opening.
