Preparation: For quantities and baking times, please refer to the quantity table on the packaging or at www.funcakes.com. Preheat the oven to 175°C (fan oven 160°C). All ingredients must be at room temperature. Place the mix, the eggs, and the water in a Bowl. Mix on high speed for 7–8 minutes. Then mix on low speed for a further 2–3 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased Baking tin (1/2 to 2/3 full). Place the cake in the oven and do not open it during baking! The cake is ready when it springs back to the touch. Turn the cake out immediately after baking and leave it to cool on a Cake rack.
