Description
The FunCakes Mix for Choco Sponge Cake is available again! Find outhere why the mix was temporarily unavailable, but read in particular that it’s now back on stock. To let it return as soon as possible we’ve now got it in a Special Edition package, until the regular one is back. Same recipe, same quality, temporarily a different package. But most importantly: you can bake chocolate cakes again!
Make a delicous light chocolate sponge cake with the FunCakes mix for Choco Spong Cake. This mix is the perfect base for chocolate cakes.
Preparations: all ingredients need to be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Put the mixture, the eggs and the water in a bowl and mix at high speed for 7-8 minutes. Then mix at low speed for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full). Bake the cake in the preheated oven. Do not open the oven in between! The cake is ready when it feels springy to the touch. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, wheat starch, cocoa powder (skimmed), emulsifier: E472b (palm, rapeseed), E477 (palm), barley malt, glucose syrup (dried), raising agent: E500, E450, milk powder (skimmed), sugar (burned), thickener: E415. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: egg, soy and lupin. This product is certified Halal.
