The puree consists of 90% deliciously fresh raspberries and is rounded off with 10% of the finest cane sugar - a balanced blend that focuses on the pure taste of the fruit. The 1 kg pack is easy to portion so that you can always use exactly the amount you need for your recipe. To preserve the high quality and full flavor in both summer and winter, the raspberry puree is only shipped frozen. Please note that orders received on Friday can only be dispatched on Monday due to the cold chain.
