To make 35 biscuits, we used 1x the Petit Beurre Cookie Recipe.
We modified the original recipe slightly by using milk chocolate flavored Deco Melts to simplify it.
Here are the ingredients needed to make the chocolate tiles:
- 300gr of milk chocolate flavored Deco Melts
- 1 packet of multicolored chocolate dragées
This recipe was made using the "Petit Beurre" Classic Kit. In our assortment, we have options for every season. Check out the category: Bake your own biscuits.
Let's get started with the recipe!
Once the biscuits are baked and have cooled, melt 300gr of Deco Melts in the microwave at 600Watt for 1 minute.
Mix well and repeat until everything is completely melted.
These chocolate melts are very convenient as there is no need to temper them. You just melt them and you're good to go ;-)
Fill the molds with the melted Deco Melts, tap the molds and place multicolored chocolate dragées on top.
Allow them to set for 10 minutes in the freezer.
After 10 minutes in the freezer, turn the molds over onto the work surface. The pieces will release easily. :-)
Repeat this step until all the Deco Melts have been used.
Attach the Deco Melts tile to the biscuit. To do so, pipe a little bit of the melted Deco Melts drops on top, then place the chocolate square (with the chocolate dragees facing upwards).
You now have lovely little biscuits that will delight every sweet tooth! :-)
I hope you enjoy this recipe!
Have a wonderful day, sweet tooths!
