Franui Chocolate Bar
Hello chocolate lovers!
This week we have a recipe that will make you melt with pleasure!
Inspired by the famous Franui chocolates, this bar perfectly combines the intensity of chocolate with the tangy freshness of raspberries.
Perfect for gifting or treating yourself, this creation is as beautiful as it is delicious and takes no time to make... and disappears just as quickly! ;-)
Watch the recipe in video:
To make a chocolate bar in the "Dubai bar" mould you will need:
- 80gr of whole raspberries
- 90gr of white chocolate
- 90gr of milk chocolate
Let's get started with the recipe!
Grab a silicone "Dubai bar" chocolate bar mould and place 80gr of whole raspberries inside.
Then temper 90gr of white chocolate and 90gr of milk chocolate by carefully following the steps for tempering HERE.
Once the chocolates are tempered, transfer them into 2 separate piping bags.
Start by piping the white chocolate between the raspberries, then tap your mould.
Continue the recipe by piping the milk chocolate over the white chocolate and between the raspberries. Tap your mould again so the chocolate spreads evenly.
Place the bar in the fridge for 15 minutes so the chocolate sets. Once fully set, unmould your bar.
Here is the result, an ultra indulgent Franui chocolate bar. ;-)
It will keep for 3 days in the fridge, well wrapped.

We wish you a wonderful Sunday, chocolate lovers!
