Easter Chocolate Bars
Hello sweet tooths!
To celebrate Easter, create beautiful chocolate bars and have fun personalising them with Easter sugar decorations.
A perfect activity to share a fun and delicious moment around the magic of Easter! :-)
Watch the recipe in video:
To make this recipe, find the step-by-step chocolate tempering guide on our blog: "Making perfect chocolates".
This recipe will allow you to make 10 to 12 bars.
This time, we chose to replace the various nuts and berries with Easter decorations.
Here are the decorations you will need:
- Pastel pink chocolate flavour pen
- Pastel yellow chocolate flavour pen
Let's get decorating!
Once the bars are unmoulded, we can decorate them.
Explore our "Sugar Decorations" category, where you will find a wide selection of sugar decorations to embellish your chocolate bars.
In our video you will discover some ideas to inspire you, but feel free to create whatever decoration you like.
First, melt the pastel pink, pastel yellow and chocolate flavour pens. To do this, simply submerge the pens in a jug of very hot water for 5 minutes. They will then be ready to use! ;-)
Using the pens, stripe part of the chocolate bar by making back-and-forth movements fairly quickly.
Then add sugar decorations or dragees to give your bars an Easter look. If needed, apply a little chocolate flavour pen to the back of each decoration to stick them on.
And there you have it! It's a great gift idea to make with the kids for Easter. :-)
We hope you enjoy these chocolate bars!
Sophie and Laura
