Thanks to our range of mirror glazes, available in different colours, you can easily obtain a result worthy of professionals.
For a perfect result, be sure to pour your icing over a frozen dessert or bavarian cake, so that it sets properly. Once you've decorated your dessert, you can put it back in the fridge.
These mirror glazes are ideal for your desserts, bavarian cakes, Christmas logs and much more. They can cover a cake up to 16 cm in diameter.

If you prefer to make your own mirror glazing, we recommend using our excellent chocolates.
Use: Melt directly in the jar at 45°C (for black, ivory and caramel glazes) or 50°C (for purple, neutral and red glazes) in hot-water bath, then let cool while stirring very gently to 30°C (for black, ivory and caramel glazes) or 45°C (for purple, neutral and red glazes). Be careful not to incorporate too much air or air bubble will appear on the final result.
Ingredient per color:
- Red: glucose syrup, water, sugar, humectant E422 (soy), colorants from plant extracts (apple, safflower, lemon concentrate), acidity regulator E330-E331, modified starch, thickener E440ii, colorant E120, preservative E202.
- Neutral: glucose syrup, water, sugar, humectant E422 (soy), acidity regulator E330-E331, modified starch, thickener E440ii, preservative E202.
- Purple: glucose syrup, water, sugar, humectant E422 (soy), acidity regulator E330-E331, modified starch, thickener E440ii, colorants E162-E133, preservative E202.
- Black: glucose syrup, water, sugar, low fat cocoa powder, humectant E422 (soy), thickener E440ii, modified starch, acidifier E330, preservative E202, flavoring.
Storage: Before opening, store in a cool dry place and protect from light. After opening, keep refrigerated, in its original packaging and must be consumed within 24 hours.
Content: Each jar contains 300 gr of mirror glaze.
