Cake glaze neutral, 220 g
This neutral gel gives fruit and roulade tarts a beautiful shine, preserves freshness and protects canapés from drying out. What is it suitable for? For sweet products such as cakes and fruit tarts as well as savory products such as fine canapés. How is it used? Prepare your creation completely and apply the jelly-like icing thinly with a brush at the end; it does not need to be heated or mixed and can then be chilled without any problems. The cake gel can be applied directly and cleanly, as it is not absorbed into the pastry and does not run. Small decorations made of fondant, chocolate or cream can only be added after the gel has been applied.
