Glitter & shimmer

Glitter and shimmer turn a mirror glaze into a sparkling highlight. Here you will find edible decorating powders and glitter in handy pump sprays: gold, light blue and ruby red decorating powder, gold shimmer, bronze and red glitter and red and silver glitter sprays. The pump spray applies the shimmer finely and evenly, without a brush. This lets you add targeted accents or cover whole cakes in a fine shimmer, ideal for weddings, Christmas and festive desserts.

Tips

• Shake the pump spray briefly before use and spray in short bursts from a little distance for a delicate, even shimmer.
• Glitter sticks particularly well to freshly set mirror glaze, and also to buttercream, ganache, macarons and pralines.
