Salmon Cake
Hey there, foodies!
Need a simple and tasty idea for an aperitif or brunch?
You may have already discovered this recipe through the mini salmon muffins featured on our blog.
This time, we wanted to give them a fun shape using the silicone "Maggie" mold from Silikomart.
Let's get started with a salmon cake to share! ;-)
To make this cake, follow the mini salmon muffin recipe by multiplying the ingredients by 1.5.

Let's get started with the recipe!
Begin by preheating your oven to 180°C, fan-assisted.
Grab the "Maggie" mold and spray it with a release spray so that nothing sticks when unmolding.
Pour the cake batter into the mold and slide everything onto a baking tray.
Bake the cake in the middle of the preheated oven for 35 minutes. After baking, let it cool completely before unmolding.
Once the salmon cake is fully cooled, carefully unmold it onto a cooling rack so as not to damage it.
And here is the result: a delicious salmon cake to share.
It will keep for 2 days in the fridge, well wrapped.
We hope this recipe gives you some aperitif ideas as the warmer days approach.

P.S.: All the equipment used can be found at the bottom of the recipe.
