Hey there, foodies!
These jam finger biscuits, perfectly soft and tender, are ideal for a snack full of sweetness.
Get ready to feel like a kid again! ;-)
Watch the recipe on video:
To make approximately 16 finger biscuits in the Finger biscuit mould, you will need:
- Follow the recipe for homemade LU finger biscuits
- Your favourite jam or spread
Let's get started with the recipe!
Start by preheating your oven to 180°C, fan-assisted.
Once the finger biscuit batter is ready, transfer it into a piping bag and grab the silicone Finger biscuit mould.
Spray the mould with release spray so nothing sticks when unmoulding.
Pipe the batter to 3/4 of the cavities, place the mould on a baking tray and bake everything for 12 to 15 minutes.
You will need to do 3 batches, but the baking is quick so no long waits! ;-)
Once the biscuits are baked, unmould them directly onto a cooling rack and let them cool during the other two batches.
Once all the finger biscuits have cooled completely, you can move on to the filling.
To do this, nothing could be simpler — choose your favourite jam or spread, then using a piping bag, fill the cavities of the biscuits.
And here is the result: ultra indulgent finger biscuits with that little taste of childhood we all love!
These biscuits will keep for 4 days in a well-sealed box in the fridge.
