Sponge cake and buttercream kit

Would you like to bake a number cake? Our sponge and buttercream mixes are perfect for baking delicious cakes in no time. Alongside the sponge cake mix and Enchanted Cream, you will find mixes for buttercream, Swiss meringue buttercream and crème pâtissière, plus mixes for cookies, gluten-free cupcakes and gluten-free macarons.

Our mixes at a glance

• Enchanted Cream: Enchanted Cream looks a little like whipped cream but holds better, and it is much lighter in the mouth than buttercream. It is white with a light vanilla flavour, easy to colour (see Food coloring gel) and to flavour to your taste (see Food flavouring). For chocolate lovers it also comes with chocolate. It is super easy for children to use, as it copes with the warmth of little hands far better than buttercream. Packs: 200 g, 450 g, 900 g, 4 kg and 10 kg.
• Sponge cake mix: add eggs and water, mix for 7 to 8 minutes on high speed and then 2 to 3 minutes on low speed. The sponge turns out ultra fluffy and light, the perfect base for number and letter cakes, with a little cocoa or vanilla or coffee flavouring if you like. Packs: 1 kg and 10 kg.
• Swiss meringue buttercream: Swiss meringue buttercream tastes lighter than plain buttercream and less sweet than meringue. When chilled it stays in place without moving, ideal for cake design with fondant and for transporting the cake before the party.
• Cookies and macarons: the cookie mix only needs butter and an egg and quickly gives you a crunchy base that you can flavour or colour. To decorate with macarons, use the gluten-free macaron mix: add egg white, whisk as directed on the pack and pipe even rounds; one pack makes 20 to 24 macarons.
