Are you looking for a simple and effective solution to decorate your cupcakes? Here is the Enchanted Cream, which is truly magical.
This light, creamy cream is ready in just a few minutes and is perfect for decorating cupcakes or cakes.
The cream is white and, thanks to the Gel food coloring can be colored endlessly. It has a light vanilla flavor, but can also be mixed with other flavors.
Preparation for 1 portion: mix 150 g of the mixture with 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add flavorings to taste. The cream is suitable as a filling or for decoration and can be used immediately. The prepared cream can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5-6 days, stirring a little before reuse. If desired, milk (200 ml) or just water (200 ml) can also be added. One portion of Enchanted Cream can be used to fill 2 layers and cover 1 cake (25 cm diameter) or to decorate between 24 and 30 cupcakes.
If you do not want to refrigerate the cream, we advise you to prepare it with water only.
