Description
Delicious confectioners' quality custard, suitable for fillings and bake stable
Preparation: add 500 ml of water per 200 grams of mixture and beat for approximately 5 minutes to a smooth mass. Let the cream set for a while before using. Can be used as a filling for tarts, cream puffs and doughnuts. Can also be baked in or on a product such as a cake.
Ingredients: sugar, modified starch (potato), milk powder (skimmed), whey powder (milk), vegetable oil and fat (coconut), dextrose (wheat), gelling agent E516, E450, E339, E401, glucose syrup (dried), preservative: E202, colour: E160b(ii), E101, flavouring. For allergens see ingredients in bold.
May contain traces of egg, soy and lupine.
