Snowman Muffins
Hello little foodies!
For the fifth recipe of the Advent calendar, we offer you a snowman muffins recipe.
Yoghurt muffins with chocolate chips. ;-P

To make 12 muffins you will need:
- 1 pot of strawberry quark (125g)
- 1 pot of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 8g baking powder
- 3 pots of flour
- 1/2 pot of rapeseed oil (or sunflower)
- 1 pot of chocolate chips
- Muffin cases
- Icing sugar
- Sugar eyes
- Sugar carrots
- Black chocolate pen
Let's get started with the recipe!
In a bowl, pour 1 pot of strawberry quark (125g).
Wash the pot and dry it. For the rest of the recipe, we will use it to measure the other ingredients.
Add to the strawberry quark 1 pot of sugar, 3 eggs and 8g of baking powder.
Add 3 pots of flour, 1/2 pot of rapeseed oil (or sunflower) and 1 pot of chocolate chips.
Mix everything well with a whisk to obtain a smooth, even batter.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan heat.
Arrange the 12 muffin cases on a baking tray.
Using a spoon, distribute the muffin batter into the cases.
Bake them for 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.
Once the muffins are baked, let them cool completely before decorating them.
Let's get started with the decoration!
Soak the chocolate pen 2 minutes in boiling water.
Sprinkle the muffins with icing sugar to get nice white muffins.
Using a skewer, draw the eyes, nose and mouth of the snowmen.
Use the chocolate pen to stick the eyes and sugar carrots.
Draw the mouth with the chocolate pen.
You now have lovely snowman muffins. :-)
They keep for 2 days in a well-sealed box.
We hope you enjoy this recipe.
