Confetti and White Chocolate Cookies
Hello little foodies!
For the first recipe of the Advent calendar, we offer you a white chocolate cookie recipe.
And for even more indulgence, they are decorated with multicolored sugar sprinkles.

To make about 30 cookies you will need:
- 100gr of butter
- 80gr of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla powder flavoring
- 250gr of flour
- 14gr of baking powder
- 80gr of white chocolate chips
- Multicolored sugar sprinkles for decoration
Let's get started with the recipe!
Take 100gr of butter out of the fridge about 20 minutes before starting the recipe, so your butter will be at room temperature and easier to work with. This is called softened butter.
In a bowl, pour 100gr of softened butter and 80gr of sugar. Using a whisk, mix everything together well.
Add 2 eggs, pour in 250gr of flour, 14gr of baking powder, and 80gr of white chocolate chips.
Measure 1 tsp of vanilla powder flavoring. Use measuring spoons for the vanilla flavoring.
Mix everything well with the whisk and finish by hand to obtain a smooth, homogeneous dough.
Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 160°C, fan-assisted.
Shape by hand dough balls of about 20gr each and place them on the parchment paper.
With the palm of your hand, flatten the balls to get nice cookies.
Sprinkle them with sugar sprinkles.
Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes in the middle of the oven preheated to 160°C.
There you go, the cookies are baked — now the hardest part is letting them cool before eating them. ;-)
Store the cookies in a cookie tin.
We hope you enjoy this first calendar recipe! ;-)
