Silicone moulds & mats
There are 91 products.
Seashells, cogs, delicate leaves or a little dragon: with silicone moulds and mats, highly detailed decorations take shape in seconds, with no modelling skills required. These flexible moulds work with fondant, flower paste, marzipan, modelling chocolate and chocolate, and reproduce every design with consistent quality.
Designs for every theme
Customer favourites include the seashell, cog and mermaid tail moulds, the dragon mould and the anchor for nautical cakes. For nature themes, choose from filigree leaves, jungle leaves or peony and tulip. Border moulds such as the 18 cm pearl necklace or the 20 cm shell chain frame the edge of a cake beautifully.
- Sea and adventure: seashells, Sea Life, underwater world, anchor and mermaid tail
- Nature: filigree leaves, jungle leaves, bamboo, rosebuds and lily
- Seasonal: snow star, Father Christmas, Rudolph the reindeer, Easter bunny, ghost and spider web
- Babies and children: sleeping baby, baby motifs, panda, buttons and knitted pattern
Getting a perfect impression
If needed, dust the mould very lightly with starch. Press a ball of fondant or flower paste firmly into the cavity so that every detail is filled, then trim the excess flush with a knife. Now gently flex the mould and release the design. With very soft paste, place the mould in the freezer for a few minutes so that fine contours stay crisp. Flower paste and sugar paste are available in our Fondant and gum paste category.
Care and tips
Wash the moulds in warm water with a mild detergent and let them dry completely. Once the decorations have dried, you can highlight the texture with edible dust colour and a soft brush. To print patterns straight onto your fondant covering, explore our Fondant embossers & cutters category.
Your cakes and cupcakes will be adorned with designs that look as though they were modelled by hand.
