Model detailed baby motifs for cakes, cupcakes and muffins in no time at all. What is the tool suitable for? For fondant, flower paste, modeling chocolate or marzipan - ideal for shaping small figures and elements. The silicone embosser supports clean working: Knead the mixture, dust the mold, hands and rolling pin with baker's starch, press the mixture into the mold and cut off any excess at the edge with a knife or spatula. For dimensionally stable results, mix approx. 3/4 fondant with 1/4 flower paste; the more flower paste, the faster the figure hardens. White fondant is best colored with gel colors such as ProGel; powder or liquid colors make the mass brittle or too soft. How is it used? After shaping, carefully remove the motif, model it slightly as desired and shade the edges, folds and dimples with dark grey edible color powder. Place the figure on a plate to dry - ideally overnight - and then attach to the cake, cupcake or muffin with edible glue. If the mixture does not come off despite the baking starch, place the filled mold in the freezer for 30-60 minutes; the cold will contract the mixture slightly and make it easier to remove. With the baby accessories, realistic baby motifs can be created quickly, cleanly and repeatedly.
