- Get the consistency right: paste that is too soft makes the design blurry, while paste that is too dry lets fine parts break.

How do moulded handbags and baby motifs keep their shape?
For the handbag and baby motif moulds, knead a little flower paste into the fondant, colour the paste exclusively with gel colours and dust the mould and your hands with cornflour. Let the pieces dry well before attaching them.
How do I use the 20 cm shell garland on a cake?
Place it as a border around the base of the cake. For larger cakes, mould several garlands and join them seamlessly with edible glue.
