Fruit Lollipops
Hey there, little foodies!
Here we are, already at the fourth recipe in the calendar. ;-)
For this recipe we are going to make apple and banana lollipops coated in chocolate and decorated in different ways.
To make these fruit lollipops you will need:
- 1 banana
- 2 apples
- 170gr milk chocolate
- Ice cream sticks
- Sugar eyes
- Multicoloured sugar sprinkles
- Mini marshmallows
Let's get started with the recipe!
To begin, cut a banana into rounds of about 2 cm.
Insert the ice cream sticks into the banana rounds.
Then cut the 2 apples into rounds of about 1,5 cm.
Remove the core of the apple using a round cookie cutter.
Using a knife, make a small cut so you can easily insert the ice cream sticks.
Melt 170gr of chocolate in the microwave at 600Watt for 1 minute.
Mix well until all the pieces of chocolate are completely melted.
Start with the apples, dip 1/3 of the apples halfway and place them on baking paper.
Place 2 sugar eyes on the chocolate.
Dip the remaining apples entirely in the melted chocolate. On the first half, sprinkle multicoloured sprinkles and on the other half mini marshmallows.
Do the same with the bananas. I recommend pouring the remaining chocolate into a cup, as it will be easier to coat the banana pieces.
Decorate the bananas, just like the apples, with the sugar eyes, sprinkles and mini marshmallows.
The lollipops are ready! Place them in the fridge for about 20 minutes so the chocolate sets.
There you go, now you can finally enjoy them. :-P
