A quick butter biscuit dough is made from 300 g flour, 150 g powdered sugar, 8 g vanilla sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon baking powder, the zest of an untreated lemon and 150 g cold butter; knead the ingredients quickly, keep cool and bake at 200 °C until golden brown. For the decoration, use royal icing (mix according to the instructions on the packet), dyed with food coloring; apply to the cooled biscuits with a brush or cornet and add sprinkles as desired. The cookie cutter can simply be put in the dishwasher after use - dry briefly and it is ready for the next use.
