Egg white glaze, 4000 g
Make a delicious egg white icing with this mixture from Funcakes. You only need to add water to this mixture to make the icing. This solid icing hardens completely and is extremely suitable for icing your cake, creating decorations and decorating and icing cookies.
Preparation : Sieve 450g mix and mix with 55 ml water to obtain a consistent egg white glaze. Gently mix the mixture and water for about 7-10 minutes. The icing is ready when it is glossy white and flows continuously in streaks, but is not runny. If you are using a hand mixer, make sure that it is not blocked!
Tip : For thinning: For every 200g of egg white icing, add 1 teaspoon of water for a medium consistency or 2 teaspoons of water for a more liquid consistency.
