Our apricot puree 1 kg (deep-frozen) brings the sunny, velvety, fruity taste of ripe apricots straight into your kitchen. With its warm, golden color and harmonious balance of sweetness and acidity, it is ideal for naturally flavoring cakes, pralines, ice creams, mousses, sorbets, smoothies and many other delicacies. The puree consists of 90% fully ripe apricots and is perfectly rounded off with 10% of the finest cane sugar. The 1 kg pack is easy to portion, so you can use exactly the amount your recipe requires at any time - without any effort or loss of quality. To preserve the fresh aroma and high quality in both summer and winter, the apricot puree is only sent frozen. Please note that orders received on Friday can only be dispatched on Monday due to the continuous cold chain.
