Prepare your chocolate moelleux, then insert a melting centers praline in the center of each mold.
Put them in the oven, and all you'll have to do when it's cooked is to taste it and discover a magnificent melting heart fool of chocolate praline.
You can prepare your chocolate moelleux mass with Valrhona black chocolate "Guanaja" for an even stronger taste.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, glucose syrup, hazelnuts, whole condensed milk, water, whole milk powder, invert sugar, stabilizer: D-sorbitol, concentrated butter (milk), emulsifier : lecithins, natural flavour, natural vanilla extract.
