Dark couverture drops 500 g
Fine, tart couverture in practical drops that can be melted and processed evenly. What is it suitable for? For pralines, bars, glazes and fine decorations in patisserie. The dark couverture offers a balanced cocoa note with a gentle vanilla aroma and melts particularly smoothly. The combination of fine cocoa beans and Swiss whole milk powder ensures a harmonious aroma. How is it used? The chocolate coating is tempered for coating, pouring and decorating: first melt, then cool, then reheat until it reaches processing temperature. A chocolate thermometer helps to get the temperature just right. Tempering is not necessary for fillings such as ganache: bring the cream to the boil, pour over the drops and stir into a creamy mass.
