Unusual, yet simple
A special ring makes an eye-catcher even without decoration. A mousse, a sponge base and a little glaze are enough. For classic shapes, see Round cake rings, Heart cake rings or Square & rectangular cake rings. Number-shaped forms are under Number cake pan. Place the ring on a board, pour in the mixture and let it set in the fridge before lifting the ring away: this is the most important step, and patience pays off with neat edges.
