Round cake rings are the classic for mousse cakes, entremets and cheesecakes. Here you will find fixed metal cake rings with diameters from about 12 to 32 cm; Ø 20 cm is the most popular, followed by 18 and 22 cm. Height is between 4 and 6 cm depending on the series.

How to choose the right ring

Most people buy by diameter and series. Several rings of one series in different sizes make a handy set for cakes of different sizes. Diameter and height are given on every product page. These are the cake rings for baking and setting mousse alike.
