Heart cake rings give cakes, mousse and entremets a romantic shape, for example for Mother’s Day. You will find rings in different sizes, for example 5 cm high, a heart-shaped baking frame of 6 cm and models of 7 cm.

Good to know

Heart-shaped tart rings are included as well; you will also find them under Tart ring. Heart shapes are especially popular in May, so plan ahead. A heart cake ring suits mousse, cheesecake or layer cakes: fill it on a board, chill until set, then lift the ring away carefully and only once the filling is firm.
