Heart cake ring Ø 26 cm, 7 cm high, Städter

Heart-shaped cake ring Ø 26 cm, height 7 cm

With this heart-shaped cake ring, you can make delicious cakes and fluffy sponge cakes in the oven, fridge or freezer. How is it used? Place the ring on a straight baking tray lined with baking paper, ideally on a perforated tray, fill with sponge and make sure that it rises during baking. As the ring has no base, the heat reaches the dough perfectly - the result is airy and evenly baked. Leave the sponge cake to cool completely, loosen it with a knife and cut it into even slices, preferably using a cake cutter or cake saw. The cake ring heart Ø 26 cm x 7 cm also helps you to layer the cake neatly: Use a cake insert strip, do not work on the final cake plate and use a small cardboard base (1-2 cm smaller) and a slightly larger cake base underneath to make it easy to transfer the cake later. What is this particularly practical for? Even viscous fillings such as caramel or cake jelly stay securely in shape as the ring prevents them from running out. Place the cake with the ring in the fridge or freezer to set; afterwards, the cake ring can be easily removed thanks to the insert strips and cleaned in the dishwasher. With the cake ring heart Ø 26 cm x 7 cm, you are quickly ready for the next baking session.
