If it is rolled out too thinly, the design will break; if it is too thick, the silhouette will look spongy. And another classic: Kneaded dough requires cold butter, never soft butter. After cooling, decorate the figures with royal icing in the jubilarian's favourite color, with icing or with tempered chocolate.
