Massa Ticino Tropic roll fondant white 7 kg
Thanks to its high elasticity, Tropic roll fondant can be rolled out thinly without tearing and retains its shape even when exposed to heat and moisture. What is it suitable for? For neatly covering cakes with an intermediate layer of buttercream or ganache as well as for modeling, cutting out and embossing decorative elements. You can achieve smooth surfaces with Tropic roll fondant: Roll out the mixture thinly, pull it over the cake and smooth with a fondant smoother so that there are no air pockets. How is it used? Dust the work surface with baker's starch, then knead, roll out, shape and cut out or imprint patterns with texture sticks. Hearts, stars, flowers and other motifs can also be created effortlessly; white fondant can be colored as required - ideally with ProGel food coloring for the exact desired shade without affecting the consistency.
