Here’s the magic ingredient for all your baking: this baking elixir. Specially designed to protect your cakes from mould, dryness and cracking, it also doubles the shelf life of your sweet creations. No more bakes that lose their freshness too quickly!
This elixir is perfect for all kinds of treats: muffins, sponge cakes, cookies and more. Simply add it to your existing recipe and bake as usual, no extra steps required. For best results, use 10–15 g of elixir per kg of finished product.
Tips for optimal use
Please note: if your recipe includes water, we recommend reducing the amount of water by 20–30%, as the elixir already contains water. This will help you achieve the perfect consistency for your bakes.
