This cookie cutter adds the perfect ghost motif to your cookie sheet and is suitable for both sweet and savory doughs. What else is it suitable for? The ghost cutter measures 7 cm and is also suitable for fondant or marzipan. How is it used? Roll out the dough thinly, flour the work surface, hands, rolling pin and shape, cut out and bake the biscuits on baking paper at 200 °C until golden brown. They will be crispy when rolled out thinly; for softer biscuits, leave the dough approx. 0.5 cm thick. Decorate the cooled pieces with icing, food coloring or royal icing; the icing can be intensively colored with ProGel colors, applied with a brush or cornet and rounded off with sprinkles. The Geist cutter can also be used to create decorative elements for cakes: roll out fondant or marzipan with baking starch and cut out. After use, the shape can be rinsed under running water or easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
