With these ready-made hollow dark chocolate shells, you can make homemade pralines without the hassle of making the shells. The set contains 63 round praline shells - a practical quantity for smaller productions at home, as an Advent gift or for your own praline buffet. The dark chocolate forms an elegant base and harmonizes particularly well with intense fillings such as orange ganache, fruit purées or nougat. It is easy to use: first select a filling of your choice, for example a dark orange ganache, a caramel filling or a fruity variant. It is important that the filling is at a maximum temperature of 25 °C so that the hollow bodies do not melt. Inject the filling into the shells using a piping bag, up to a maximum of 2 mm below the rim. Then seal the openings with tempered chocolate and tap the mold lightly on the table so that the couverture is evenly distributed. Decorate as desired with freeze-dried fruit, chopped nuts or dried flower petals. The decoration holds well while the chocolate is still liquid. Then chill the chocolates briefly and you have your homemade fine chocolates.
