Hollow praline balls milk Ø 26 mm, 63 pieces
Shorten the production of fine truffles and reliably shape your fillings. How is it used? Choose your desired filling - from classic ganache to a fine liqueur, which can be filled cleanly thanks to the small opening. Use a piping bag to fill each ball to approx. 3 mm below the edge, seal the opening with tempered couverture and lightly tap the filled balls to distribute the chocolate evenly. With the hollow liqueur balls, you can create harmoniously round chocolates for any occasion. What are they suitable for? To coat them, take some tempered chocolate, dip the balls in roasted hazelnuts, chocolate shavings or edible paper sprinkles or work with a round stamping fork for a smooth coating. You can achieve typical hedgehog spikes by rolling the praline back and forth on the truffle grid with a slightly firmer couverture. This produces decorative results that make wonderful gifts.
