How to use the insert
Suitable for frozen or no-bake logs. This insert mould is reusable.
To use, pour your chilled mixture — such as a creamy mousse, a fruity jelly or a delicate Ganache — into the mould and then place it in the freezer. Once the insert is frozen solid, release it effortlessly from the flexible PVC mould and place it in the centre of your Yule log so that a beautiful core is revealed when sliced.
Important note
Attention! This mould is not intended for pouring hot mixtures into the inside.
