You can coat your desserts, mousses and ice cream with velvet spray. It is very important and necessary that your pastries are frozen before you spray on the velvet spray, otherwise it will not set.

Tip from Cakelicious:

If the spray is too cold, the contents will not be ejected properly and the velvet effect will not be beautiful.

Allow the spray to warm up in lukewarm water (max. 35°C) for a few minutes before use.

Caution: The spray should not be used at temperatures above 35°C or stored at temperatures below 25°C.

If you use it with another velvet spray, you can achieve many color effects and gradients.
