In a toast or loaf tin, bread rises evenly and takes on the typical square shape that slices so neatly. With or without a lid?

Tips for even sandwich loaves

- With a lidded tin, let the dough prove until it sits just below the rim, then close the lid.
- After baking, leave the bread to cool briefly before carefully releasing it from the tin.

Can I bake brioche in these tins?
Yes. The non-stick tin for bread and brioche and the long bread tin work just as well for soft, butter-rich yeast doughs as for bread.
How do I keep a toast tin in good condition?
Wash the tins by hand in warm water rather than in the dishwasher and avoid metal utensils so the surface does not get scratched. Dry them thoroughly afterwards.
