Freeze-dried cranberry fruit powder is ideal for fillings, buttercreams and as a complement to fresh berries, as it spreads evenly and naturally mixes the color. What else is it suitable for? For shakes, muesli, yoghurt, chocolate bars, ice cream and sorbets - also for flavouring fruit ganaches so that the fruit stands out clearly in chocolate. How is it used? Stir the powder into fillings, add a little to the shell or filling of macarons for a natural coloring, mix a small amount into tempered white couverture or use it pure as a decoration.
