Yuzu fruit powder, 15 g
What is it suitable for? As an alternative or supplement to fresh lemon, it refines fillings, butter creams and fruit ganaches and ensures an even, harmonious distribution of color. The powder can be used in macaron shells or fillings, coloring them naturally and adding an intense lemon flavor. How is it used? Mix small quantities into shakes, muesli, yoghurt, ice cream or sorbet, add a little to tempered white couverture for fruity chocolate bars and figures or use it on its own as decoration: simply dip truffles and Easter eggs in it after chemizing. For homemade pralines, mix the powder into the filling or fruit ganache so that the flavor comes through clearly in the chocolate. Yuzu fruit powder is also ideal for making dessert fillings and for smoothies when a fresh, natural citrus accent is required.
